The app does not require an account. When you request a booking, the details you type (name, preferred dates, number of guests, selected tour) are sent to our team so we can reply — via WhatsApp and/or our booking system. We do not sell your data.
With your permission, the app may send aurora alerts. You can turn these off in your device settings at any time.
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. We never store your card details in the app.
Aurora and weather figures come from NOAA SWPC and Open-Meteo. Live webcams are public feeds embedded from their providers.
